I had already mentioned it here, but I hadn’t shown the FCC photos: Apple has specific Apple Watch chargers for Apple Stores.
They have a characteristic shape: a metal loop that serves as a stand to showcase the watches. There are two versions, but the connection port itself does not move. In one of the documents, you can see a red PCB that links to a USB port. In Apple Stores, the port is directly embedded into the furniture, which must contain a PCB for power supply.
