A prototype of a Macintosh LC

Last week, I was discussing a prototype of the Macintosh LC on Reddit. This week, another one showed up on eBay. With a seller hoping for $10,000 (😂).

This model, codenamed Elsie (it’s written on the ROM), has the same external appearance as a commercial model, unlike the one on Reddit. However, the motherboard closely resembles that of the first prototype: no slot for VRAM, RAM connectors in a different location, etc. I don’t think anyone will pay $10,000 for it, but it remains an interesting prototype, quite different from a technical standpoint from the final version.
