Another Apple Interactive Television Box

Seen on eBay, a surprising item: an Apple TV box with a video card. Typically, it only has a composite output (European versions with a SCART connector are rare; if you have one, I’m interested), but here we have a graphics card with a DA-15 output, i.e., a two-row connector. With an adapter, it works on a modern display, but obviously, it doesn’t boot.

Un autre Apple Interactive Television Box

Vu sur eBay, un truc étonnant : un boîtier TV Apple avec une carte vidéo. D’habitude, la seule sortie est la composite (les versions européennes avec une prise Peritel sont rares, si vous en avez une, ça m’intéresse) mais ici on a une carte graphique et une sortie en DA-15, c’est-à-dire sur deux rangées. Avec un adaptateur, ça fonctionne sur un écran récent mais ça ne démarre évidemment pas.

Vu sur eBay, un Apple Interactive Television Box (version américaine sans Peritel) à prix correct : 200 $. Il ne s’allume pas (en même temps, sans serveur c’est inutile) mais le vendeur indique que changer les condensateurs devrait suffire.

Seen on eBay, an Apple Interactive Television Box (American version without SCART) at a reasonable price: $200. It doesn’t turn on (probably because it’s useless without a server), but the seller suggests that changing the capacitors should be sufficient.

Encore vu sur eBay, un Apple Interactive Television Box. Il s’agit d’une version américaine du boîtier (enfin, pas une française), bien évidemment inutilisable. Assez cher, mais bon, comme souvent (800 $).
