Seen on eBay, an uncommon Apple Watch model: a Series 1 demo unit. The Series 1 is already fairly rare; as a reminder, it’s a mix between the first model and the Series 2, but without waterproofing, GPS, etc.
Given the holes and the visible diagnostic port, this watch was likely used on an iPad stand in a store.
The four holes are used to secure the watch, and it connects via the diagnostic port (at the bottom)
